PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Three phases of an evolving analytics career.
Each phase builds on the one before it—from enterprise data foundations to advanced analytics and today’s unified analytics and AI-ready systems.
2017–Present
Strategic Modernization and Unified Analytics Systems
Across Broadbeach, SoftNet, Bloomberg via Insight Enterprises, MatchPoint Solutions, and other consulting engagements, Frank has led analytics modernization initiatives connecting cloud data engineering, semantic models, Power BI, and AI-ready business logic. His work spans Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Lakehouse and Warehouse architectures, CI/CD, governed self-service BI, and executive analytics.
2015–2021
Big Data and Advanced Analytics
As Big Data, cloud computing, and data science reshaped enterprise analytics, Frank helped organizations move beyond conventional reporting into distributed processing, predictive modeling, and evidence-based decision-making. At Microsoft and Broadbeach, he designed Azure, Power BI, machine-learning, IoT, and semantic-model solutions using SQL, Python, R, and DAX.
Enterprise BI and Data Engineering Foundation
2007–2015
Across Merrill Lynch, Cover-All Technologies, and Duck Creek Technologies, Frank delivered campaign and profitability analytics, automated data-quality processes, designed insurance data warehouses and analytical frameworks, developed ETL architecture, and supported predictive-model integration. This period established the durable engineering and semantic principles that continue to underpin his work.
